Meet Our Founder

My interest in law enforcement started at a young age. From 15 to 20 years old, I was a member of the San Antonio Police Explorer Program, which gave me a foundation of discipline and purpose. At 18, I entered the security industry, using what I had learned as an Explorer to grow quickly in the field.

In 1990, I enlisted in the United States Army and proudly served for 13 years, including my time with the Texas National Guard. While serving, I continued working as a licensed security officer across Texas during my off-duty hours, which allowed me to strengthen my skills in both military and civilian security roles.

Over the years, I became certified as an instructor in several disciplines, including Basic Law Enforcement, and recently earned the designation of Master Instructor for Axon. With decades of hands-on experience, I saw a need for a different type of security service — one built on professionalism, accountability, and trust.

In 2011, I turned that vision into reality and founded San Antonio A2O, LLC. Since then, our mission has been simple yet powerful: Respect, Safety, and Security. These values guide everything we do and represent the promise we make to every client we serve.
